Terms of Service

Before ordering:Please read everything below carefully!*If you have any questions or clarifications, please feel free to DM me on twitter. I will always get back to you!

✎┊ I have the right to decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable about it, or if I feel like I won’t be able to do your commission satisfactorily.✎┊I may post your commission on my social media platforms or use them for my commission sheet as examples. I will credit you if used as a social media post. If you’re not ok with it, let me know.✎┊I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork.✎┊I will only draw in my own anime style. I will not do realism, semi-realism, or cartoon.✎┊ Commissions are for personal use only.✎┊ You can post your commission anywhere for personal use. Please remember to credit me with my twitter link @shirohtzu.✎┊ You can not alter my commission in any way without my consent. Edits are ok, but you can’t draw over it, add onto it or ask another artist to draw on it to enhance it or for any other purpose.✎┊ You can not remove my watermark.✎┊ You can not profit from the commissioned artwork (turning them into prints or stickers for reselling, etc.)✎┊ You can not claim that the commission was made by you.✎┊Maximum of 2 revisions during the sketch phase, and maximum of 2 minor revisions during the coloring phase.✎┊50% down payment must be given before I do the sketch. Pay the rest after I finish the commission.✎┊ No full refunds/ cancellations after the downpayment. If for some reason you have to urgently cancel, I will give back 25% of what you paid to compensate my time and effort.✎┊Mode of Payment: PayPal (INTL), GCash (Local, PH)Note: Please be as detailed as you can when you order a commission. Send me rough ideas, references, color palettes, anything that you want the artwork to look like.

* Kemonomimi: Humanoid characters that possess animal like features, mainly a pair of ears and a tail.

NOTES

✎┊ All drawings will have plain background. When I send you the final artwork, there will be 2 versions: the artwork as a transparent PNG and the artwork with a solid background color/ simple background pattern. If you don’t specify, it will be a solid white background by default.✎┊You may choose not to add a simple background; there is no extra cost to add or remove them.✎┊Please feel free to message me to ask about your commission progress! While I will constantly update you on any big changes and you can track your commission from this page, I will also attend to any questions you may have.✎┊Since I work 6 days a week onsite at my office, I can not draw as fast as most. Please do not expect me to be able to finish your commission within a month.

Extra Charges

✎┊If the character has complex designs and props. If I am unable to do them, I will tell you. ( price varies )✎┊If there are no visuals/ you leave it up to me to design a character based on written words. ( price varies )✎┊If you want me to alter or add some designs from your reference/s.

Order Process

✎┊Once you have filled up the order form with all the information needed, send it to my email: [email protected], OR message me on twitter.✎┊I will have 3 open slots at a time, but I will only be working on one at a time. Slots are on first-come-first-serve basis. Please check your slot by clicking the top button on this page: “Track Commissions”.✎┊How long I take to finish your commission will depend. I can give you an estimate once we talk about your commission, but usually it will take me 1-2 weeks. You are free to PM me to ask for updates, just make sure to not be pushy or ask every few hours. I will let you know if there is any unexpected delay.✎┊Once I finish the commission, you are to send me the rest of the payment before I send it to you via email. The work will be sent in PNG format.
